Some animals may nest in trees, others beneath rocks, but the lesser spotted bartender prefers to roost behind a well-stocked bar. Here we can observe the rare sight of that most peculiar creature, the Bartendus Bacchus, or Louis, as it keeps a careful watch for any approaching predators.
